Welcome to the Tweed Coast Home Loans ‘Broker’s Blog’

December 15, 2022

Hello and thanks so much for stopping by the new HQ for the Tweed Coast Home Loans blog. My name’s Lindsay and I’ll be your host here. Tweed Coast Home Loans offers mortgage broking services to locals in Kingscliff, Casuarina, Pottsville and all surrounding areas along the NSW Tweed Coast as well as Australia-wide. I have some great content already lined up so make sure you subscribe now so you can get my monthly insights delivered straight to your inbox.

What can you expect from the blog?

Well, whether you’re already a homeowner, looking to buy your first house, or keen to climb the property investment ladder, my aim is to strip back property info and bring it to you in digestible chunks – with the ultimate end goal to save you money. And who doesn’t want to save money?!

What would you do if you had some extra cash?

For me, financial freedom begins with owning your own home – a sanctuary for your family and friends, where all the good stuff happens. Being able to look after your family is right up there, of course. And then there’s the fun stuff. The little luxuries. The cherries on top. The big boys toys. Travel is high on the list for our family, too. How about yours?

Go on, put it out there – what would be on your list? Envisioning your end goal – with specific details – can help you focus on what action you need to take to get there. I dare you to write it in the comments!

Thinking of the why behind wealth was a big driver for me in taking up a career path as a mortgage broker. This line of work isn’t just about running the numbers and chatting with banks to get you a good interest rate. I want to get people the best deals because I want you to have the freedom to enjoy more of that fun stuff. Sound good to you?!

So excited to have you on board.

Until next time,

Lindsay.

P.S. If you haven’t refinanced your loan in a few years there’s a fair chance you’re paying more interest than you need to. Jump over to my calendar and schedule a time directly in my diary if you want to find out where you stand. It doesn’t cost you anything to use a broker (more on why you should use a broker in the next post), so you literally have nothing to lose and greater financial freedom to gain.
